This page doesn’t allow me to make an attachment :-S
    I will use your email.
I will scan an affidavit shortly … does this need to be witnessed by a solicitor/peace commissioner, or just a lay witness ?

I read the Sunday Independent today (27/4/14) with interest, especially page 5.
It served as a timely reminder of my own brush with delinquent members of An Garda Siochana when I was beaten, without provocation by an off duty Garda (twice my physical siaze) in the car park of my Golf Club in Co. Dublin in March 2006. Despite the assault being captured on CCTV (and the Garda’s written admission of liability, a signed copy of which I have in my possession) no action was taken.
There can be no doubt but that there is one rule for An Garda Siochana and another for the innocent members of the public.

The members of An Garda Siochána that are corrupt have no rules Brendan. They are protected by corrupt ersatz judges, so they will always believe the law does not apply to them. I would also like to add that I have met many hardworking genuine good Gardaí and that some of them have helped me a lot. I cannot give names for obvious reasons.
