Fran Cullen

Francis Cullen, 36, from Clonard Co. Wexford has served Eleven months in prison for his non-consent with the Irish Courts and for his stand against bankruptcy.
His wrongful imprisonment was a tactic by the “Irish Judicary” and “Power that be” to compel and coerce him to accept Bankruptcy.
Francis was imprisoned without charge or conviction as it was a civil matter not criminal, which was inviolation of the Non-Fatal Against the Persons Act 1997 section 15, Irish Statute Book. This bring the Irish Judicary into disrupute.
